Is there a way to instruct XP operating system to automatically create a
*Restore Point*
every time that I turn off my PC? Thank You!

There is nothing wrong with this concept, just keep in mind that you will
have one large number of restore points in a relatively short period of time
which will consume a large amount of disk space over time . You might
consider how many restore points to keep and how much disk space to
allocate.
