I'm running XP Pro SP2, and I'd like to backup a folder on our server that
contains .mdb files. These files are constantly in use - and when I try to
use ntbackup to back them up, it skips them. The server runs SBS 2003 SP1,
and its full backup manages to copy them, but when I configure a small backup
of just this folder on that machine it skips them as well. Any help would be
appreciated.
