- Binary Symbol Problem
- Posted by Sinbad on October 26th, 2005
I am using Windows XP Home Edition, Oulook Express and MS Internet Explorer.
From internet only, the numbers are replaced with binary code symbols rather
that the numeric numbers. This shows up on many but not all of the web
sites. All of them, however, show the footer information in binary code
symbols. I reset my defaults and am still having the problem.
