- bizar icon on my system tray

yesterday a bizar icon appears in my system tray, and it goes changes from a
red X to a microsoft update icon. and it showed the message :
Your computer is infected
Possible harmfull infection was detected on your PC. The system will now
download and install the most efficient spyware removal program to prevent
private data loss and your identity theft.
Click here to protect your PC from the biggest spyware threat.
I uodated my antivirus and microsoft antispyware and srybot search and
destroy, and booted in safe mode and ran a virus scan and spyware scan. The
virus scan did not found any things and the spyware scan found one spyware
and deleted it, but this icon remain in my systeme tray.
I'm sure that it is not suppose to be there,
someone can help me with this behavior please

I just deleted a program called "spyfalcon" and rebooted in normal mode and
the "spyfalcon" is back in add and remove program.
