- Blank page IE text or audio demo files

Hi
I can accept some text and audio files off web sites, but not off all. I
get a blank screen and a message at the lower left corner saying "Done", but
no text file. And trying to download MP3 demos, I get the same blank page
and "Done".
I have WinXP 7, SP2, Quicktime 7, Nero 8, MS Office Word 7, Trend Micro
AV, and Netsweeper. Can't find the block. Ideas?
