I was recently receiving errors when I launched IE, but I ran the chkdsk
utility and that fixed the error message that was popping up in the bottom
right taskbar. Now I am seeing a blue splash screen stating that it cannot
open volume for direct access. Could someone tell me if there is a problem
with the OS and should I perform a repair installation of the OS?????
