WinXP SP2 - the Bluetooth manager says all my listed Bluetooth devices
are always connected - but most of them are not even present, or turned
on! How do I turn this functionality off so I can do a Bluetooth scan
and actually find the devices in the local area. Right now, I get a
list of every single devices I have ever connected to with a message
saying "already connected".
