I have a Toshiba 7200 and a hard drive with out any OS on it (its
Blank). I have a windows xp install cd but the computer does not have
an internal cd drive, I have an external usb cd drive but I can't get
it to boot the xp cd from the external drive. is there any way I can
get it to boot or is there anywhere I can Download the Toshiba 7200
Image?

I dont know what a Toshiba 7200 is but any pc should really have at
least a cdrom drive. Or better yet, a floppy and cdrom drive, or even a
shared port if a laptop.

Does the machine have a FDD? If so then you can download the start up
disks for XP from:-
