- Boot or system start drivers failed to load

AFD Flips intelppm IPSec MRxSmb NetBIOS NetBT RasAcd Tcpip VET-FILT VET-REC
VETEFILE VETMONNT WS2IF SL message appeared on error log. System would
start but appeared to be stuck in windows. Would go to windows in safe mode.
Also received message DCOM error %1084 attempting to start the service
EventSystem with arguments "" in order to run the server: Can anyone explain
or help me with this issue? Thanks for any assistance
