Does anyone know how to make XP NOT ask for a password on boot-up?
No one else uses my computer and I need it to just reboot in case of a power
failure.

Try Start, control panel, User Accounts, there should be a link to "change an
account" and then remove the password feature...

Go to Start , Run and type: control userpasswords2 then Ok.

"Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer "
and then click OK.

If you have only one account (other than ADMINISTRATOR's) then it
automatically logs you at boot time. You don't even get the welcome
screen. So you don't need any Tweaks for this.
