Hello everybody,

I am working with Windows2003, XP SP2.
Well is about a problem with MUI on XP.
As long I let the English Version of XP is everything fine, when I try to
change it to German, I must wait on logon about 20 or 30 minutes till the
Logon Windows appears.
I uninstall the DE MUI, reboot, the computer works just fine. I tryied once
more to install the German MUI and the problem persist.
I had this problem on many computers...
