Can you try rewriting the post using a keyboard and full words &
sentences rather than a cellphone pad? Supplying the full name and
version of all software involved would be remarkably helpful.

Deleting earlier message pieces is not helpful either as it removes all
context for those people who look over newsgroups with previously read

when he started her, she keeps gettin the screen tp move into safe
mode......besrt configuration...normal mode, and no matter what you

Go Back probably corrupted Device Manager with multiple redundant entries for
different hardware. Check on that while in Safe Mode. Remove redundant hardware
entries, and Windows will try to find the proper ones on the next reboot. Before
rebooting, uninstall Go Back and the Staples product. Rely more on M$ System
Restore. Go Back trashed my computer thusly, and I got a refund when I brought
Go Back to Staples to get a refund.

i dont know all the software and such that is on the machine. I just
hjad it handed to me with the simple message he tried to install some
antispyware on it and when he rebooted she kept rebooting. This happens
no matter what you press on the mode select screen. This is all the
knowledge I have and I tried to pass it on as best as I could. Sorry if
you cant understand that

If disabling Go Back would get you into Safe Mode. But I've never gotten to the
screen you're seeing. Use some intuition.

i tried disabling GoBack and I aslo turned off autogoback, and now i
dont get that screen at all. She still wont let me get into anything on
the mode select screen though. weird. maybe try a system restore and
then an unfortunate format.

But i will try a few more things and search around a little more.

You may need to do a Repair install of Windows. Look up Barts PE builder (in
Google). You need to know whether the computer has SP2 for Win XP on it, and
make a Slipstreamed Boot Disk (CD-R) based on the Service Pack version
installed. Others here could link you to the proper places to learn; this could
take awhile.
