- Browse in the same window / delete titles from file folder

1. I am unable to browse in the same window. Now as i open and go to open a
file i am having many open windows on the way.
2. I have added some new items in the tools- folderoptions-file types - file
folder- advanced .. i am unable to delete what i have added there. Can
anybody give some suggestion for removing the unwanted items from there which
i have added.
