I had a blue screen with a STOP error twice. I have XP Professional SP2.
the error is:
btkrnl.sys - address F63FB2BC base at F63E8000
STOP 0x000000D1

There are quite a few hits on the KB refering to stop 0x00000D1, but
none mention bluetooth, [btkrnl.sys belongs to bluetooth], if you have
installed a bluetooth device check for newer drivers, also try
uninstalling the device and see if it clears up the BSOD.

SP2.
btkrnl.sys Is the blue-tooth wireless system. If you are using a
blu-tooth object then you should try to update it or replace the
driver as it may have gotten currupted.

That is a BlueTooth Protocol Stack file. You'll have to look into your
USB device/s and make sure they are installed properly, the drivers aren't
corrupt or missing and so on. If you start having more issues even with
the devices removed, you may need to check the integrity of your memory
modules.
