Bug reporting to Microsoft.
Posted by D.D.Martin on November 3rd, 2005

Hello.
Had somebody a pleasure to report a bug to Microsoft?
I found it to be a difficult task: they want me to report it by phone.
Is it really possible - to explain by phone the subject? Howdyu think?
Why such a strange policy - not using e-mail?

Seems that thay want me to pay them for bug reporting (and for
debugging).
Do Microsoft want to know what bugs are there in their product?
(I'm talking about WinXP)

Any comments are wlcome.
Thanks.
