c:\Documents and Settings\Username is not accessible
My harddisk died and I plug it into another pc to access it.
All files can be copied except the files which originally put in the
c:\Documents and Settings\Username
This happened before, and I remembered there is a way to change the users
rights of the folder to retrieve the data back, but I cannot find how to do
it now.
Does anyone can help me how to do it?
Many Thanks!
