- C:\WINDOWS\system32 file folder opens at startup

The folder, C:\WINDOWS\system32" opens at startup. It started after
irradicating a virus. Thank you in advance for any help in correcting this
issue. There was a similar question posted in January, but there was no
response. Thank you.
