- Can I recover data from reformatted CD?
- Posted by Dawn from Manchester, UK on October 26th, 2005
Hi
My son has reformatted a RW CD of mine that had business data and photos on.
Very kind of him but not at all welcome!
Is it possible in some way to recover the data on the CD. When I access CD
it comes up as blank CD to burn.
I not holding out much hope... but if you could help help sort it would make
my day!
Please help. Thanks.

There are lots of programs that claim to do what your seeking. The best
and probably most likely to help get data back is Isobuster.
