- can i write data files to dvd using the dll provided by Numedia Software

Hi All,
I have downloaded the exe given by Numedia Software to burn the dvd.
but it is taking only the iso files to burn. so my question is that can
i write .txt,.xls , .doc, .... files using this exe???
if anybody knows the solution, let me know.
here i m with developing the application to burn cd and dvd using
vb.net. and so if anybody knows the alternative code to write the
cd/dvd. let me know...

IMAPI is built in to XP. It does data and audiocds.

David,
IMAPI supports only writing data to CD's. but according to our
application requirement, i need to burn both cd and dvd. i heared that
IMAPI doesnt support dvds . so can u suggest me some other way.. to
burn dvd
