Can Windows XP erase CD-RW disks?
I formatted the entire internal hard drive of a
PC. Then, I installed a fresh copy of Windows XP.
So, there is no third-party programs on this PC.
The DVD/CD drive has the feature of re-writing.
Can this PC with only Windows XP installed erase
CD-RW disks? If so, how?

My understanding it can read the cd but not erase/format it.
