I have encountered a strange problem. I hope someone here can provide some
assistance.

For the last couple of months now, I've tried to send e-mail through yahoo.
I login to the e-mail service from the yahoo.com site. I click on compose.
I type in the necessary stuff (e-mail address to which the e-mail is being
sent, subject, and the body of the e-mail). I click on Send and nothing
happens. I does not send.

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

So when you click on the SEND button, is the status bar below on your
internet browser moving or doing any activity?

Which internet browser are you using?

No, it's not doing anything (no activity seen on the status bar).

The browser being used is IE 6 SP2

Have you tried accessing your mail and sending messages from a different
browser (mozilla, opera, netscape etc.)?

Does the error also apply in other browsers as well?

No, I haven't tried any other browser. I will try installing Firefox, and
see if it has the same issues. I'll report back the finding.
