Download two anti-virus and two anti-sypware to a folder. Install and
run in safe mode. Reboot, update all 4, then run again.

I have Norton Antivirus and Microsoft Anti Spyware, Spybot-Search and destroy.

Hallo Paul Smith.

When I try to download aprogram from internet or from a CD, download did not
start. I got a blank site. I have tried to restore the system but it is not
possible. I got the answer rhat restore was not possible. I dont know why
this hppens. Perhaps is some funktion closed or deleted. When deletet where
can I find a link to restor earlier funktion?

Logged on as an administrator, go to Start - Run and paste the following
command then press enter. Does System Restore open? And if not, what is
the exact message that appears.

I'm not good at following up posts. I can only say that there are lots
of viruses that
IMMEDIATELY DISABLE AND CORRUPT your current anti-virus. That's why I
say try a different one, but dont install it in regular mode as the but
may often be running.

Yes System Testore open and I set an earlier date. Program started but when
finished it says "Could not restore"
Do you have any more solutions? I hope you have.

All OK
