- Cannot get folder properties to come up

If I'm in Windows Explorer in XP Professional SP2 and I right-click on
a folder and select Properties, the properties window will not come up.
I can get it to come up with individual files but not folders. Any
ideas?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers
