Hi Bob,
Boot to Safe mode with Command prompt, logon as administrator. Do this by
hitting F8 as Windows first begins to load, immediately after the BIOS POST
screen. From the prompt, there are a couple of things you can try:
a) Run "control appwiz.cpl" to open the Add/Remove dialog where you can
uninstall PandaAV and hopefully undo the damage.
b) Run C:\Windows\System32\Restore\rstrui.exe to open the System Restore
Dialog and go back to a point before the installation.
