Since 3 months ago or so, everytime I opened Control Panel a message would
come up that read "ViaVoice Options Error: Failed to load local language
module." an I would just click "ok" and Control Panel would appear but now
when I click "ok" my screen refreshes and Control Panel does not appear. I
tried everything but nothing seems to work. I use Microsoft XP Home edition.
Thanks if anyone knows how to correct this problem.

Install TweakUI and disable all Control Panel applets. If the problem is
solved, re-enable the applets step-by-step in order to find the culprit.
