I turned on Active Desktop pointing to a web site but it only appears in a
small box with scroll bars on the right side and bottom. I cannot resize or
stretch this window. I hover the mouse on all edges but it does not give me
the option to move or maximize. I have Lock Desktop Items unchecked. How do
I fix this? I want the page to take up the entire desktop. OS is XP
