I cannot select multiple files/folders using the shift or ctrl keys. It was
working untill I had a problem with Windows. Any ideas please!!!
Dell Inspiron 8600.

Do you think it could be touch pad driver related????

I rolled back the driver which I assume would reset the settings to default.
works fine now.
