Cannot Setup Efax Messenger 4.1

Cannot Setup Efax Messenger 4.1: Posted by 1C-Dogg on March 13th, 2006; Windows XP Professional-Service Pack 2, I am the administrator and sole user.

I receive a message "Installation failed"
"Setup cannot access files on your computer. Please ensure that you have
the proper user priviledges for setup to run on this computer"

I downloaded this set up file a second time thinking it became corrupted but
this download didn't work either. It has setup correctly on another computer
runing Windows XP Professional.

Temp/tmp files deleted in advance? Closed all background apps prior to
installing?
