- Cannot view pictures
- Posted by BH2 on October 25th, 2005
Hi guys,
have a problem with viewing pictures. When I am sent emails with pictures
as attachments I can open them to view. A lot of times when I am sent
pictures as part of the email, all I get is an empty box with a small red x
in the top left corner, what do I need to download or enable to allow me to
view these pictures.
You help is appreciated
Regards
Bob

Please give us specifics about your operating system (ex. XP, 2000, ME) and
your email apps version (ex. Outlook 2000, Outlook Express etc).

If the pictures are actually located on the Web and not in the message then
there is an option that's on by default in Tools | Options | Security to
Block images and other external content in HTML messages.
