- Can't add Scheduled Task?
- Posted by Doug on November 15th, 2005
Have a work laptop that was "locked down" for security reasons, then I
needed admin rights to perform some new job functions.
However, I cannot add a scheduled task. I right-click and choose "New,
Scheduled Task" and it just sits there, staring blankly at me.
Nothing in the Event Viewer. I can't view the "Security" event log, so
I think that I don't have "full" access to the laptop.
Any ideas? Thanks.

try r-click Scheduled Tasks, select "Run As", THEN Add Scheduled Task?
