I have a email from a trusted friend, when I try to open it I can't. Also
When I try to deleate it, my Trend-micro pop up that halt internet traffic.
It tell me that private data has been blocked, and that I need to un block .
Help me please

Try this:

* Open content management go to Anti-spam tab
* Click on the Add button to add a new anti-spam policy
* Type the name of the policy ex. BLOCK-EXE
* At the bottom of the window configure the attachment blocking settings.
* Specify the filename ex.EXE
* Click apply
