- Can't delete file on desktop
- Posted by Bobby on October 22nd, 2005
I copied a file from a flashdrive to my desktop (the latest nVidia driver)
and now I can't delete it. When I try I am told that the program may be in
use and the deletion fails.
I haven't even installed the program but when I try it runs (briefly) in a
command window - and nothing. (I have an ATI card and only downloaded this
file for another PC).
How can I get rid of it?
Cheers.

wizard.

Depending on what it is, running for a fraction of a second in a command
window probably DID install it.
Delete in safe mode?
