Why I am not able to delete user profile from local machine when I am logged
in as administrator? Need help.

What do you mean - you are not able? Can you be more specific? Error
message? describe what are you doing, step by step? What OS are you
using? Is the other account an administrator also? File system?
Fat/NTFS?

There is no error message. It is Windows XP2002 version. When I right click
on my computer+properties+advance+user profile to delete user's profile
settings at the bottom I am not able to seletct delete to delete the user
profile. There are three tabs: Change type-Delete-Copy to. I am logged in
as administrator to delete the user profile who left the company.
