- Can't delete xp backup

I created a backup of my system and it stored it in a folder called 'My
Backup -- 05-12-24 0141PM'. I can't delete this folder. The 'Owner' folder
under C:\My Backup -- 05-12-24 0141PM\Documents and Settings says 'Access
Denied'
Any ideas on what I need to do to delete this... I log in using the same
account. Owner with admin.
