How would you fix a title bar fade problem. If your in Word and typing away
after about a min forty the title bar dims and you no longer can type. You
have to click inside the window to activate it so you can type. This goes for
any window. Even the display properties, control panel, My computer, any and
all. You open a window and leave it and then wait the min fourty you will see
the title bar dim.
What is this and how can fix it?

Sounds like a focus issue. What had you done around the same time you
noticed this behavior?

I have no idea. What can you tell me as to want it could be. I do not
understand the focus issue. Is that a setting?
