Can't install Windows Geniune Advantage software.

We have one computer that won't install this software. When I click on the
Download and install now it goes through the installation and window comes up
asking me to click Close and it goes through the Windows update again but
asks me to Download and Install now again and cycles back through the Geniune
Advantage install. I've clean out the cookies, temp, temporary files and
know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Which browse are you using? I have seen this when not using IE 6.

We are using IE6.

does not complete when you try to validate your copy of Windows XP
or Windows 2000 Professional

Download the updates directly from MS.
