- Can't run as admin while running an "Limited account"

I can "run as" while under a limited account on one pc that I have.
Anyone else have this problem before?

Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Learn about>
Now click Switching Users (using fast user switching).

Byte, Thanks but no luck with that.
Here is the error message:
"windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have
appropriate permissions to access the item"
It is as almost it does not recognize any account with admin privileges to
do this. I have typed in bogus user names and get the same error message.
I have three other XP boxes and this does not happen, granted this is the
PC everyone generally uses.
