CD burn log?

Is there a log that tracks when a CD was burned? Or even better, what was
burned?

I believe that may depend on what app you use to burn the CD. One way to
find out would be to do a 'text' search for the name of the CD after the
burn....see if it shows up in a .log file.
Heirloom, old and could be wrong

Did you examine the CD burner application's folder
to determine if a *.log type file exists? The app may
record the log under another filename, so you might
need to re-launch your burner app to see if it offers
the ability to examine historical "burn" logs by its
user interface.

I'm not aware of any burner apps that install a separate
"burn" log on the CDs they burn. It's possible. Just don't
know.

Good luck.
