When a user gets authorization from a site to download a cert it has odd
problems. The cert acts like it downloaded sucessfully. It get a number
and says it is complete, but when you check for the certificate it does not
show up. I am assuming something in SP2 XP is causing the problem. Many
people can get it to work in 2000, but not XP. Any thoughts would be
helpful. On another note you can export them from a 2000 computer to XP.
