my brother went on to my pc and messed up bad i cant do anything , i cant
access anything , there was us both administartors now its only one user and
that is on a limited account , wanted to do a system restore but cant because
theres no adminsitrators , have tried everyway possible and viewed everything
to try change but cant , need help a.s.a.p thanks

you will be presented with the boot menu, select safe mode, next you
will see the logon screen with the hidden admin account.
