changed file association but icon for file doesn't change

changed file association but icon for file doesn't change: Posted by JoeCool on April 3rd, 2006; i know it's a small matter, but it's bugging me ... i changed the file
assocation for *.jpg files to be office picture manager, but the icon is
still the icon of the windows picture and fax viewer. i have no access to
the "advance" button on the file associations window - just "restore". any
ideas?
