Connecting a portable storage device
Posted by Wanda Lee on October 21st, 2005

My daughter has a portable storage device that she uses on her laptop to save
her school work. When we attach it to my desktop USB port, windows finds the
new hardware, but cannot open it. It shows an error message about missing
drivers? Both our computers have Windows XP so it should work. Can someone
tell me how to find out what drivers I am missing.

Thanks,

Check the manufacturer's web site.
