I would like to connect to the internet on my second pc which has windows NT
installed, my promary pc is Windows Xp and is connect to AOL Broadband, I
believe NT will not work on broadband, can I just upgrade my operating system
to say 98 or XP then connect using a router etc?

Windows NT will have no problem with most any networking setup. Just plug
into your router and setup Windows NT as DHCP assigned IP and DNS addresses.
