Hi:

Just recently when I open my contol panel option I no longer have the option
to switch to classic view, etc...

Yes, the option is now gone? Why?

I would be willing to bet that on the upper left corner of the control panel
where you see the word Control Panel in a blue background followed by 2
chevrons "^" (just above "see also") they are pointing down. Click on the
"^" and it should come back

"Switch to Classic View" option is missing in the Control Panel Common Tasks
