- Crash after installing updates
- Posted by Ventsislav on January 24th, 2008
I got my laptop back about a week ago and it had brand new Windows XP Service
Pack 2 edition installed on it. I had to run some updates on it, about 80.
After the updates were done I had to restart the computer. When it rebooted
though it froze at the Welcome screen. I couldn't fix it. Safe mode didn't
work, last known configuration neither. I had to run a system recovery on it.
That fixed it, but I had to run those updates again and it did the same
thing. Can anybody help me? Thank you very much!
