This question is for any one:
Does all the links mentioned below involve you copying the same system
files
to a formatted floppy disk to create a boot up disk for Windows XP Home
Edition if you have trouble starting Windows XP Home Edition?

Yes, they all create the disk by copying ntldr, ntdetect.com and a valid
boot.ini file to a floppy disk. The difference in the articles is the
possible source of the files, which can vary depending on whether or not
you have access to a working PC with Windows XP or just the installation
media.
