i'm trying to install service pack 2 but get the cryptographic services
error. So went into managment and selected the service which was as i
suspected not running. But when i went to enable it it gave me error 998?! I
dunno how to fix it?

I did have a problem with clbcatq.dll and i had to retrieve another copy
from a machine running sp2 (which fixed that problem) is that dll related to
the problem.
