Crystal report 9 installation error

On a computer with
Windows XP professional
Sp2
Celeron CPU 2.4GHz
224 MB of RAM
13.1 GB free space

after installation is done, I tried to run the Crystal Report 9
The “Welcome to Crystal Reports� pop up comes where it gives a choice of
creating a new Crystal Report Document.
· Using the Report wizard
· As a Blank Report
· Open an existing Report

And when I hit “Ok� the error message “ Failed to create the Crystal Query
Engine� pops up. Can any one help me to find out what caused the error.
