- CTL-ALT-DEL background picture
- Posted by PN on October 10th, 2005
I did not find a Windows 2000 discussion group so I am posting here. On my PC
running Win2K, when I do CTL-ALT-DEL the background is a porno picture
instead of the normal solid blue background. I don't know how this happened,
but I need to find out how to change it back to solid blue. The picture is
"fuzzy", as if it is a small file that gets blown up to fit the screen. I
looked at all the backgrounds in desktop properties and this picture is not
among them.
Thanks.

Check the registry key at HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop and
look at the value for Wallpaper in the right pane. Delete that, or
change it to something you prefer.
