when i press ctrl alt delete--no services are listed. this started happning
about 2 weeks ago--any help would be appreciated

Scan your system with latest virus definitioned
antivirus,adaware,spybot,search and destroy,CWShredder.Run all the
latest versions of these tools in safe mode.
